The PATON ProTIG-315 digital inverter welder is optimized for TIG welding with direct or alternating current (AC/DC) in an inert gas shielded arc welding and for MMA direct current manual metal arc welding. This professional series device is designed for users who require a compact and highly functional unit with a full nominal current.

The ProTIG-315 is the best solution for direct and alternating current welding of a wide range of materials, including aluminum and aluminum alloys (TIG AC mode), steel, non-ferrous metals, and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The device can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode) and includes the RIV (SPOT) function for rivet welding. 

By increasing the frequency of the input voltage, the transformer is made several times smaller, resulting in a lighter and more compact device with the same output parameters compared to similar devices.
