Description

PATON™ StandardMIG-250

The digital semiautomatic inverter PATON StandardMIG-250 is intended for semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG), manual arc welding (MMA), and TIG welding on direct current in a medium of shielding gas mixtures. The device features an all-digital management system, ensuring its versatility and ample opportunity to fine-tune the welding conditions.

The StandardMIG-250 delivers a rated current of 250A, allowing it to work with electrodes ranging from 1.6 mm to 6 mm in diameter and solid welding wire with diameters from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm. A closed compartment for welding wire enhances its protection against dust and other contaminants, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

This welder is equipped with a high-quality metal wire feeder featuring a strong hermetic motor and a universal KZ-2 “EURO” type connector, allowing for the connection of welding torches from a wide range of manufacturers.

Paton StandardMIG-Series

This welder is part of Paton’s Standard series, which delivers excellent quality and advanced technology for both novice and experienced welders. The Standard series welders are known for their durability, performance, and reliability, making them a great choice for various welding applications.

Standard series welders are built with high-quality components such as Kendeil capacitors, in-house produced copper transformers, and Infineon transistors, ensuring that this series consistently provides outstanding welding results. The device is designed to handle intensive use, maintaining its performance and reliability over extended periods.

The StandardMIG features robust construction and IP21-rated housing, offering protection against solid foreign objects up to 12.5 mm in diameter and limited protection against vertically falling drops of water.

Advanced Welding Technology Backed by the Longest Warranty

Paton welders are engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability, making them the perfect choice for any welding project. The unique design of the device provides effective cooling, maintaining high performance even in dusty production environments.

Our products stand out with a stabilization system that handles large, long-term voltage drops in the supply network, ranging from 160V to 260V. This ensures stable and reliable operation under varying conditions. All Paton welders are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Kyiv, where we maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process.

Every Paton welder undergoes a full cycle of rigorous testing to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our commitment to excellence is backed by up to a 5-year warranty, one of the longest in the industry.
