Check Inspection (CI)

CI should be performed before and after using the device or when transporting it. During the CI, ensure to check the following:

Connection Security: Verify the reliability of all connector fastenings.
Physical Condition: Inspect the device for any damage to the housing, control systems, and power supply cables.

Users are advised to conduct only external inspections before the warranty period ends. After the warranty period, regular maintenance should be carried out to sustain optimal performance.

Maintenance (M)

Maintenance includes:

Visual Inspection: Conduct an external examination for visible defects without opening the device.
Internal Cleaning: Remove dust and debris accumulated inside the inverter.
Connection Checks: Inspect, clean, and tighten the joints of the power contacts.

External Examination:

During the external examination, check for:

Cable Integrity: Ensure no violations in power cable insulation.
Mechanical Damage: Look for any damage to the sockets for connecting cables, controls, and the housing.

Internal Cleaning:

To perform internal cleaning:

Open the lid of the device.
Use compressed air to gently blow out dust and dirt.
Clean the interior thoroughly before closing the lid.

Connection Checks:

Regularly inspect all connections, especially the power welding connectors, and tighten any loose connections.
If any oxidation is found on the contacts, remove it with abrasive paper before reconnecting the wires.

Cable Integrity:

Periodically check the insulation of all cables.
If insulation is damaged, either repair the affected area or replace the cable entirely.

Prevent Liquid Ingress

Avoid allowing water, steam, or other liquids to enter the device. If any liquid does enter:

Wipe it dry immediately.
Check the insulation, both at the connection points and between the connector and the housing.
